Sale of personal data means the exchange or transfer of personal data for monetary or other valuable consideration to a third party.

4. Your rights

5. How to exercise your rights

If you are a US resident:

If you make a request, we will respond within 45 days and may take up to an additional 45 days if needed, informing you of the reason for the delay.

If you located in the European Union:

If you make a request, we will respond within 30 days and may take up to an additional 30 days if needed, informing you of the reason for the delay.

If your request is unclear, we may ask for more details. Requests are generally free, but if they are excessive, repetitive, or clearly unfounded, we may charge a fee or decline them.

We may need to verify your identity, for example by asking for additional information or identification, before we can act on your request.

You can appoint an authorized agent to act on your behalf. Parents or legal guardians may exercise rights for their children or individuals under their care.

If we receive an request we believe is fraudulent, we may refuse it but will provide an explanation why.

If you ask us to delete data we obtained from other sources, we will remove it and keep only the minimum necessary information to ensure it stays deleted.

6. Appeal

If we refuse your request, you have the right to appeal our decision.

You may submit an appeal by sending us an email at the address privacy@lancktele.com or completing the form. We will review your appeal and inform you of our decision within 60 days. If we still refuse, we will provide information of any action taken or not taken in response to the appeal, including a written explanation of the reasons for the decisions and information on how to contact the appropriate authority.
