Welcome to the FMS Dashboard
Since the launch of the Fraud Management System, we have received lots of feedback from our partners. Following operators’ requests, we introduced a new enhancement to the FMS platform – the Control Center Dashboard.
It provides an intuitive interface and displays comprehensive data for you to monitor and manage fraudulent activity within your network.
The first section is “Active Blockages.” It shows the barred ranges along with the blockage details. But most importantly, it has the “Unblock” button that allows operators to unfreeze the range if they think the taken measure is excessive. It will help avoid profit losses and let customers continue using the network without limitation.
The other sections provide you with live data for real-time monitoring of fraud activity within your network:
- Last Events – the latest alerts and actions taken
- Rejected Calls – statistics for the number of rejected calls over the last 30 days
- Top Destinations per 30 days – main destinations with fraud attempts
- Top A Numbers & Top B Numbers for 30 days – the numbers that were most used in fraud attempts
